LOCAL ROCKER GOES FOR
SOLO ALBUM
Fans of local band Reborn can now look forward to grabbing a copy of lead singer Ame's first solo mini-album.
The Album which has five songs, was composed, arranged and produced by the easy going Ame, whose real name is Suhaimi Osman. "It is quite a versatile album, with 60% to 70% rock and the rest comercial and light classical music" he added. He said the mini-album was an independent production. "The album is called "Aku & Duniaku" the music is about me and the reflection of who I am" Ame said. It took him about six months to write and produce the album. The five songs are: .Don't Let It End

Im still young but that's the time i learn what is that noise is all about.
Deep Purple, Supertramp, Pink Floyd, GrandFunk and a little bit of rockestration really influence me at that time.
Start my piano lesson at "Yamaha School Of Music" at Siam Road Penang (my) and i start my music career as a pofessional musician in 1986. Brought up and mixed around with old time musician such as Alleycats band, Stairways, Sweet September, The Rollers(The Best Rock Band in Penang). Blackie, Frankie Ong(Alleycats) Maniasrasu(Manis), Our Vice President Victor Dass, Johnny Saw Seng Poh, Mr.Beat- Elvis Tan Ching Hock(Alleycats), Late Stanley(Stairways) still remember your Black Dog(Called Princess) and many more...thanks for your wonderful thought and guidance, it's very usefull untill now.
Not forgotten...A Million thanks to my Uncle Sam, this is where the open door as i step into this wonderful world of music. While learning at Yamaha Music School,
Uncle Sam's never forget to feed me variety of skills & other cords progression. Everytime i open my eyes i will get new skills & cords progression. And i have to past & must be able to play all those things given by Uncle Sam before i get back to sleep. "Love On The Rock" by Neil Diamond is the first ever song i've learned given by Uncle Sam. Yep.. until now i still perform & sing this wonderful song & reminds me all those memories !
